Freya Lawler is a bachelor qualified naturopath, nutritionist, and fertility educator with a special interest in supporting individuals with endometriosis, pelvic pain, hormone imbalances, and fertility.
She is extremely passionate about supporting patients to understand the root cause of their symptoms using evidence-based and time-honoured techniques. Freya’s primary goal is to guide, support, and empower you with tools to manage your crippling hormone, endometriosis and reproductive health concerns. She has worked with countless people to enhance their fertility, rebalance their hormones, reduce endo belly bloat, and support their recovery outcomes pre and post laparoscopy. Freya untangles what it means to embrace an anti-inflammatory diet, cuts through the nonsense, and provides you with facts you can trust.Freya developed her experience in reproductive health straight out of university working in a specialist fertility clinic in Melbourne, following her passion and insatiable curiosity to know all there is to know about reproductive health. During this time she has been mentored by leading reproductive health specialists and continues partaking in post graduate education in reproductive health and endometriosis. Freya has extensive experience delivering live sessions and workshops in a range of settings and currently presents regularly at the Peninsula Hot Springs in the Mornington Peninsula as their wellness advisor.

Elgin House Dietitian
Gemma is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and founder of Lettuce Talk Nutrition. She completed her Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Science and Master of Dietetics at Deakin University and has 5 years of experience working as a private practice dietitian.
Gemma is passionate about women’s nutrition and uses a supportive, non-judgemental and holistic approach to nutrition. She considers nutrition in combination with lifestyle factors, to find a plan which works for you, your unique needs and goals.
Gemma has a special interest in PCOS, insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes management. Additionally, she can assist you with the nutrition management of gestational diabetes, endometriosis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), nutrition preparation for pregnancy, couples’ preconception nutrition counselling and more.
Gemma is offering face-to-face and online dietetic consultations through Elgin House on Thursday’s. Online consultations are also available on other days of the week.
